We'll open with an inquiry and meditation, led by Ankati and Josie, to help you drop in before the music even starts. How does your body want to move today? What's asking to be shaken loose, stretched out, danced through? No steps to learn, no one watching, just you finding out what your body already knows.

Then DJ Ankati takes over the decks and we'll ride the energy up together, building heat, building joy, letting the music pull movement out of us instead of the other way around.

We'll land soft. Corrigan closes the space with a soundbath, so you can let everything you moved through settle back into stillness.
