"In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore the core not as something to brace or hold, but as a dynamic, responsive system that moves with your breath, your nervous system and your life. You’ll be guided through pelvic floor imagery, gentle movement, and sensory awareness to rediscover support that feels effortless rather than forced.Together, we’ll unravel common habits of gripping and over-engaging and replace them with coordination and ease. You’ll experience how the diaphragm, pelvic floor, and deep abdominals work in harmony. And how posture, stress, and daily habits can cause tension that can disrupt this natural rhythm. We will release tension using the Franklin Method balls and experience how we can calm the mind and relax the nervous system by using pelvic floor imagery. You’ll experience how by releasing tension, your body can organically find the right amount of postural effort and support. You can bring this new understanding into yoga, everyday movements, and moments of stress in daily life."
