Together, we’ll learn how to craft a personalized herbal tea blend using simple, time-honored best practices. Along the way, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how these nourishing herbs support the body and how to work with them in a practical, approachable way.
Each participant will create and take home their own custom blend, along with the knowledge and confidence to prepare herbal teas and infusions with ease in their daily life."
