What if the way you feel in your pelvis shaped the way you feel in your whole life? The pelvis is a quiet center of gravity in the body—both grounding and powerful—yet it is often misunderstood or reduced to the simple cue: “lift and hold.” In reality, the pelvic diaphragm is a responsive, dynamic web of muscles and fascia that thrives through awareness, breath, and movement.

In this exploratory class, we gently awaken sensation in the deep landscape of the pelvis. Layer by layer, we will bring attention to the tissues that support this foundational space, inviting mobility, circulation, and renewed connection.

Using the Franklin Method, a somatic practice blending mental imagery, functional anatomy, and movement exploration, we will journey through the inner architecture of the pelvic diaphragm. With the support of Franklin Method balls, we’ll stimulate proprioception, unwind habitual tension patterns, and awaken subtle strength within the pelvic floor.

Through imagery, movement, and mindful attention, the pelvic floor becomes less something to “control” and more something to sense, trust, and inhabit.

Expect a practice that is curious, embodied, and quietly transformative—an invitation to reconnect with the deep, supportive intelligence at the center of your body.
