Nia: A Somatic journey to welcome yourself to the OM Festival. Calling on sensation to guide your movements & provide a physical emotional spiritual & grounding experience to foster a community mindset while celebrating our bodies’ way. (Our Journey will start on the floor and end on the floor with dancing in between )
A holistic fitness practice based on the intelligent design of the body that helps you listen set to soul stirring music. Nia's creative structure allows all levels of movers to participate.
