Come on out to the festival and attend our FREE Community based class. Being a teenager today isn't easy.
Between school, friendships, family expectations, social media, and figuring out who they are, many teens rarely have the opportunity to simply pause and be heard.
This experiential circle combines gentle yoga, breathwork, guided reflection, and authentic conversation to create a safe and supportive space for teens to reconnect with themselves and one another.
This workshop help teens better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and reconnect with their own inner strength, or emotionally "all over the place."
Using simple nervous system education, gentle yoga, breathwork, journaling, and group discussion, participants learn practical tools for navigating stress while developing greater self-awareness and self-compassion.
Participants will explore:
- Managing stress and overwhelm
- Building self-awareness and resilience
- Trusting their inner voice
- Healthy ways to navigate emotions
- The power of community and authentic connection
Rather than trying to "fix" themselves, teens leave with a better understanding of how their body and mind communicate—and how to work with those signals instead of against them.
The session concludes with a guided relaxation, leaving participants feeling grounded, supported, and empowered.
