Those of us who regularly participate in kirtan do so because we love the blissful feelings of Unity we experience when we chant together. But did you know that each mantra we chant is literally transforming us from the inside out? Mantra heals, it cultivates within us the qualities that are most in alignment with our true selves, our Divine nature. Mantra helps us to overcome the aspects within us which lead to suffering. With awareness of the power of mantra, we can use it intentionally to heal not only ourselves but the world around us. Come join Mirabai Moon for a workshop where we will explore the power of mantra and join our voices together for individual and planetary healing.
