Get ready to groove at Om Festival with our uplifting 75-minute Reggae Flow class, led by the dynamic Catherine Hamilton, a beloved teacher from Sangha Studio in Burlington Vermont (also known as DJ Love) This flow-based experience will have you linking your breath to movement, creating a vibrant atmosphere that is both energizing and meditative.
Join us as we awaken our chakras and transform our energy, raising our vibrations to new heights! This all-levels class welcomes everyone, from fresh beginners to seasoned yogis, featuring options and modifications to suit your practice.
Throughout the flow, we'll incorporate mudras (the yoga of the hands), pranayama (breath work), and uplifting chanting to ignite the life force energy within you. With the beats of uplifting reggae music pulsating in the background, you’ll feel the rhythm move through you.
As we transition through invigorating Vinyasa sequences, prepare for a blissful sound bath to guide you into deep relaxation at the end of the class. Plus, Catherine offers optional hands-on Reiki assists, designed to melt away stress and promote healing.

Reiki energy and healing sounds create a gentle pathway toward balance and restoration. As sound bowls, chimes, and soothing frequencies fill the space, you'll be invited to surrender the weight of the outer world and reconnect with the quiet sanctuary within.

This practice offers a space for release of physical tension, mental fatigue and energetic stagnation, allowing you to emerge feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply renewed.
