Meant To Move
Saturday August 1, 2026 10:30am - 11:30am EDT
Meant to Move is a guided movement experience blending mindfulness, breath, somatics, and free-flow dance to help you reconnect with your body and release what youโ€™ve been holding. No choreography. No experience needed. Just simple prompts, familiar music, and space to move in a way that feels true to you. Come as you are โ€” leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more alive.
