"In a culture that often disconnects us from our bodies, this workshop offers a grounded exploration of sensual awareness as a pathway to presence and self-connection.
Through guided sensory practices using touch, smell, sound, sight and taste, participants will explore how the body becomes a bridge between inner awareness and the natural world. We will work with simple elements from nature to heighten perception and cultivate mindful intimacy with our environment.
This experience is intentionally non-sexualized. Sensuality here refers to our capacity to feel — to inhabit the body fully and safely. By deepening sensory awareness, we can access greater nervous system regulation, creativity, confidence, and connection.
Participants can expect gentle movement, guided meditation, solo sensory exercises, and space for reflection.
Open to all bodies and experience levels."
