Tuning the Soul: A Sound Journey to Inner Harmony

Discover the transmuting power of sound in this 75-minute, soothing sound journey with Corrigan Luckey. This sound healing experience will begin in ceremony as a way to connect to sprit and to set the intention for personal and collective healing. It will follow with a unique exploration of sound harmonies with the tounge drum, koshi chimes, and sound bowls. The journey will end in a deep, restful Savasana. Ceremony allows the tones, harmonies, and vibrational landscape to travel to us and within us and to bring us the enrgies and healing that our bodies and souls need that at this moment. This sound journey will help help to calm the nervous system, support deeper sleep, reduce stress, and clear blocked energy while cultivating a renewed sense of creativity, compassion, and connection to spirit.

Join us as we awaken our chakras and transform our energy, raising our vibrations to new heights! This all-levels class welcomes everyone, from fresh beginners to seasoned yogis, featuring options and modifications to suit your practice.
Throughout the flow, we'll incorporate mudras (the yoga of the hands), pranayama (breath work), and uplifting chanting to ignite the life force energy within you. With the beats of uplifting reggae music pulsating in the background, you’ll feel the rhythm move through you.
