Join Kate for Flow and Let Go! We all sometimes feel stuck and weighed down by things in our lives. We hold onto that energy even when long after we need to. This class is designed to get rid of our unwanted energies. Class starts with flow style movement, warming up the body and then takes us through some deeper, longer holds, allowing the body then to release what we no longer need.
Rooted in the style of vinyasa yoga, linking breath and movement, this class is suitable for all levels. Students can expect the first half of class to be more movement and then the second half of class to be slower.
Kate teaches with a focus on tuning into your own body, both physical and emotional, learning to listen to what you truly need. Her laid-back and authentic approach to teaching creates an inspiring, uplifting, and fun environment.
This class is designed for all levels of asana experience.

"This Yoga + Live Music experience is a one-of-a-kind collaboration—an improvised, in-the-moment alchemy between movement and sound.
Adam Brous joins one of OM Festival’s musical performers to co-create a living yoga experience where nothing is pre-planned and everything is responsive. Movement, breath, rhythm, and resonance unfold together in real time, guided by the musicians’ offering and the collective energy of the space.
Adam weaves poetic cueing, somatic flow, meditation, and intuitive movement to match the emotional and energetic landscape of the music—inviting participants to listen deeply, move authentically, and experience yoga as a living conversation with sound.
No two experiences are ever the same. Each collaboration is bespoke, ephemeral, and rooted in presence.
Adam has collaborated with numerous musical artists in yoga and festival settings, including DJ Taz Rashid, Liat and the Sirens, Estrella De Mar, Casino Perosi, M Hecker, and more.
